What settings did you shoot with to test the new LomoChrome Color '92 ISO 400 Film ?

Since this was my first time with this film, I wanted to try shooting in various light environments. So I took pictures at different times of the day and I also shot with a flash.

What camera did you use this film with?

A Lomo LC-A+ & Fritz the Blitz Flash.

How would you describe the look of this film?

It is a film with a unique color in a vintage tone. I thought the expressiveness of the blue and red colors was very impressive.

Do you have a favorite photo taken with this film?

I like the night sky through the trees and the wall of the apartment, taken at night using a flash. The expressiveness of the blue color was attractive even at low illumination, and the contrast between the calm tones on the walls of the building was good. Even in underexposed situations, the latitude of the film seemed to hold the image well.

What is your favorite thing about the LomoChrome Color '92 ISO 400 Film ?

I felt that it was a special film that could bring out both calm and vivid tones that fit the scene. Overall, the blue tone layer is laid out, so it feels cold, but I felt that the balance was good with the vintage tone.

What do you think about a new color negative film coming to the market?

It is very good to be able to express ourselves more diversely with the release of unique color films. I think that the unique texture and various colors of film photography will be able to express more abundantly the analogue sensibility that cannot be realized in digital.

What do you think is the perfect situation to shoot this film?

I think this film is suitable for shooting scenes that can create a strong contrast between vintage and vivid tones.

What are your hopes for the future of film photography?

I hope that more diverse and good films will be produced, and the number of users will increase, creating an environment where film photography can be undertaken at a reasonable price.
